I get it. I’ve been there. As much as I don’t want to admit it, I too have been worried about “getting bulky.” Today, I’m here to bust some myths about how your muscles work and explain why they grow, not tone. {it’s science}
Why? I promise it’s out of compassion and LOVE for you.
Education is empowerment. I don’t want you to hurt your progress by being scared of activities, exercises, and tools that will actually help you achieve what you desire. And because it’s my job to give you the truth, to separate the fads from facts, and to help you sort through the conflicting, confusing, & sometimes horrible fitness marketing out there.
So first, a few myths that need to be busted:
